Interesting Question DH asked me...
DH knows I'm very into watching what I eat and being in shape. I'm very concerned with my weight and body.
Today he asked me if I would gain 100lbs for $50,000?
My answer was no- not even $100,000. He said he would.
So here's the question: Would you gain 100lbs for $50,000? (assuming once you gained it all you could try to lose it again).

Well, I gained 75 lbs (pregnant with twins) and physically could not do even a pound more than that. I seriously couldnt walk and my BP was through the roof. So I would have to say NO WAY!

No way!! I was 30 lbs heavier than I am now and I would never go back THERE, let alone 70 over that. I was so unhappy. It wouldn't be worth any amount of money.

My dad had a heart attack at my age and he was maybe 50 lbs overweight (but he was very stressed and a chain smoker).
I am not even thinking vanity - I'm thinking health wise how terrible that would be - to gain that, and then to lose it. No amount of money is worth that!!!

No defnitely not for 50K.
It would have to be A LOT of money for me to do that, as in enough that I'd never have to work again in my life(we're talking millions), and then I'd do it... and devote ALL my time & energy over the next few years to lose it (get a personal chef, personal trainer, etc.)... then enjoy my hard-earned $$$

The amount of long term damage you will do to your body by gaining that much weight, and then losing it quickly - ugh, not worth it at all. You will literally take months or years off your life doing that, how can anyone think that is worth 50k? Unless you just have no clue about how that much fat excess impacts you long term.

nope. never. i'm already prob 100 pounds overweight by doctor's standards so NO WAY! the health risks are not worth any amount of money.

no way! even though that money would be GREAT... i would be miserable with myself in my own skin. 
i'd be so uncomfortable and self conscious, i would not be happy with my decision at the end of the day.

I don't even think I would be physically able to gain 100 pounds. I can't imagine how unhealthy I would have to eat & how long it would take me. 20 pounds for $50k, yeah, that I would do but I wouldn't even do 100lbs for $1M
