Interesting thing a friend told me - astrology/birth month and TTC

A friend told me she would stop trying during a certain month b/c of something bad that happened in her family years ago and she wouldn't want a baby born around that time.

Anyone else ever consider this? She went on to say there were other months she wouldn't want to have a baby b/c astrologically the baby wouldn't match well with her and her DH or she knew people under a certain sign and didn't want her child to be that sign, etc. Just curious if she's the only person out there... never heard of this before.

Honestly, and this sounds strange, but for some reason, I do NOT want any future child to be born in March. My cousin died in March about 17 years ago, and ever since then, it's the month I like the least.

Granted, if we had a baby born in March, it would be a blessing, but yes, I will try to avoid conception 9 months prior.

I had this situation happen..but it makes that time of year into a happy time if that makes sense. Yes, you still remember the tragedy, but things are just different
