Interview in DOE school
Hi everyone! I have an interview this week in a public school. I have been teaching in catholic school for a long time and never interviewed for a public school position. I've wanted this for a long time! Anything I should be prepared for?? It's for kindergarten. Thank you for your help!

I was asked questions about the Danielson Framework. Where my strengths were and weaknesses.
The focus was mostly on why I was a good fit for the school and how I feel about collaboration with colleagues.
I had to do a demo I front of the school administration...most terrorfying experience ever!
