RE: LIIVF-DRoesh but also saw the other REs Kenigsberg and Brenner. I also went for diagnostic testings at SIRM in Dallas (VERY Happy with SIRM) and had other consults with other REs while living in Tx.
Infertility Diagnosis: PCOS, One Blocked Tube, Fibroids, Hypothryoid (hashimotos)
ART methods used/result: Got PG naturally after 3 months of ttc but ended up with a questionable ectopic. In 2006, I had a myomectomy to remove my fibroids. For 3 of the years ttc, I didn't have IF insurance coverage. So in the mean time I got all the diagnostic testing out of the way through SIRM. I ended up getting IF coverage through my job when we moved back to NY and did 1 fresh cycle and it failed. I had 2 FETs and Got pg with the last one. I now have a 9 week old baby girl. I have 3 frozen embryos waiting for me.
Any other children (if yes, how conceived): See above
I'd like to add: Be your own advocate. Don't be afraid to go for several consults to find the right match for you. I went to about 6 consults. If you don't have coverage for IVF now, try to be proactive by getting all of the diagnostics out of the way (including auto-immune testing) and try to prepare your body for pg (eating the right foods, vitamins, exercise, etc). So that when the time comes for you to do IVF, you minimize your chances of jeopardizing your cycle. Good Luck to everyone! This board was a God Sent to me!

Infertility Diagnosis: they have found 7cm fibroid on outside of uterus, hypothyroidism, thyroid antibodies and prothrombin gene mutation (clotting issue) Natural Killer Cells and now it looks like poor egg quality. I am making mature follicles in the luteal phase (in the 20's by CD3)
ART methods used/result:tried letrazole with timed BD once and then began developing these mature follies by CD3. Now doing suppressor (ganirelix) followed by stimming with follistim and menopur. Crossing fingers this cycle goes well.
Any other children (if yes, how conceived): yes 1 beautiful son who is now going to be 3 on 7/27 and was conceived the first month of "seeing what happens" ironically enough.
I'd like to add: This is such a hard time, but all the help I get from all of you is priceless. Yes, I have a child already, but it is still a very painful thing to go thru and is all consuming at times. I hope we all receive the most amazing gift and blessing that we could ever hope for
