I think the red font is better - more of a contrast and I think it flows better overall.

The stars in the back look great! I think the planets were too distracting. The only thing I might change is to make the layer on the right extend all the way to the top and bottom. That's an awesome picture you had to use for the invitation!

I thought about that but the actual movie name is A Trip to the Planets.
By the way...this party is VERY inexpensive if anyone's looking for a place.

I think it looks great.
I would use a simpler font. That one is too much because there is a lot going on in the whole invite. Maybe like an Arial Bold or something.

I think there's too much going on. Maybe try to bring Joseph and his spaceship into the focus more by watercoloring/muting the background a bit. it just seems like everything is fighting for attention right now.
I would also try for a more yellowish font to match the planet on the top right (Venus? lol). Oh, and a different, simpler font altogether!

Totally agree...pick just ONE planet for behind Joseph's pic...you have too much going on. I would leave the Earth there, b/c it's location in the corner is good balance...
ETS, I see I'm a couple of revisions behind you here...LOL. I like the stars MUCH better. I would leave the text below the ride w/Joseph...not split between top and bottom.
