Interesting. I have an HTC Evo on Sprint. All of my friends have AT&T & iPhones. From seeing/using their phones, can't say I'd be sad that I recently used my upgrade. I think I prefer the HTC phones.

I have the EVO 4G on Sprint as well and I don't regret waiting to use my upgrade. The HTC phones are great IMO.

Apple is no dummy. They want it all. T-mobile will get it because of AT&T but Sprint will always have the better plans and prices.
They need to beef up their network though.

ETA: On a side note: I had T-mobile before I moved to AT&T. I SHOULD NEVER HAVE MOVED!! I love T-Mobile, I just didn't like their selection of phones (and I am a gadget girl) I didn't get an Iphone when I moved to AT&T, I got and HTC - super excited about my decision except that I get SHITE signal, and I pay a lot more. I am hoping that with the T-mobile acquisition the signal increases since they will have access to the T-mobile towers.

I have the HTC EVO 4G also and I love it. Even if Sprint gets the iPhone, I wouldn't get it, but it definitely makes them more competitive because there are people out there who won't get Sprint because they have to have the iPhone... opens up a whole new possibility of potential customers if they do get it because Sprint has less expensive data plans than Verizon or AT&T.

Except that Sprint can now raise their prices to be more in line with competitors. That will suck. They have amazing plans IMO.
