I got mine today. I like it, makes me try different palettes and makeup.
Got the Mascara, Eyeliner, Lipstick, Eyebrow pencil & purple eyeshadow.

I never got a tracking code and received my bag today.
I got the lip balm, another mascara, charcoal eye liner, a navy eye shadow, and butter nail polish
I like the bag - navy blue eye shadow - eh

LOVE my bag this month.
I got the Kohl eyeliner (not that I need ANOTHER black eyeliner, but I do like it)
Mascara - Im a mascara junkie so even though Ive received one with almost every bag, thats Ok with me
Tinted lip balm - Love
Nail Polosh - its a really cool deep purple color, LOVE
NYX Eyeshadow in a really pretty brown, LOVE

Agreed, it is neither tinted, nor a balm...discuss.
Seriously though, mine was like a hot pinkish/red which I wouldn't normally wear, AT ALL, but I kinda loved it. However, it was full on color, not hint of a tint at all. As for the balm part, it was REALLY dry. Felt almost like the extended wear lip colors before you put the moisturizing gloss over the,.

I got my bag...overall I'm meh about it.
They sent me a baby blue eyeshadow....really....
I really like the kohl eyeliner.
Meh about the mascara.

The mascara is blah, the lip balm was too red, the eye shadow is nice wish it was purple or brown but the charcoal is ok, the eye liner tugs and didn't go on smooth and I haven't tried the face mask things yet.

It's really pretty, I just have a lot of stuff like it already.
I also got the "Pouty Pop Crayon", the Ivory "Chella" highlighter pencil, "It's so BIG" mascara, and Star Looks kohl eye pencil. The mascara and the eyeliner are a little meh, but I was running low on my usual stuff so I'm willing to give them a shot. I'm pretty excited about the highlighter and lip crayon though!
ETA: Haha, just saw you got the eyeshadow, too! It's really nice!!

got my bag today.
the tinted lip balm is not tinted nor is it a balm, just like you said.
its RED.
it looks cool on, but not for every day. its also dry.
i like the liquid eyeliner.
i got a purple eyeshadow-meh.
the nude lipstick is terrible....
haven't tried the mascara yet
so far not impressed

The nude lipstick is too nude, mascara was gloppy, eyeliner was just ok, purple eyeshadow I didn't try yet, and I got the eye gels. We'll see. My birchbox blew the ipsy bag away this month.

this is exactly how i felt. this was my first bag too and i was so excited waiting forever to finally get one and it was like BAM

I am in love with the mascara. I have long eyelashes to begin with but this makes them look so much more awesome! I also like the liner and gunmetal-ish color eye shadow. The nude lipstick was horrid!
