Is anyone making chicken tonight?
What kind of chicken dish are you making?
I need some ideas please other than chicken cutlets or chicken parm.

Cut chicken into chunks/bites.
Put into seasoned water (garlic salt/powder, onion salt/powder, hot sauce) Cook chicken
Drain, add 1 jar salsa.
Serve over rice
If you want you can add black beans and/or corn.
Serve as taco and top with cheese.
If you want to be fun for kids, cut chicken smaller and serve with tostido/frito scoops.
If you have a pizza crust, you can make a black bean "sauce" for the bottom, top with chicken/salsa (no corn) and melt cheese on top.

I'm making chicken tonight...I usually just sprinkle it with salt, pepper, oregano, garlic/onion powder and dust it with flour...cook the chicken in a hot oiled pan until golden brown...Then I add 1 cup white wine, sliced garlic and shallots...top it off with fresh chopped parsley...I either serve with rice or some sort of potato.

I'm making a ginger-lime chicken with a cabbage slaw on the side.
you can also do honey mustard chicken, bbq chicken, marmalade chicken or marmalade with soy sauce combo is good, lemon-peppered chicken, greek style chicken, etc.

my new favorite marinade is grainy dijon, honey, salt, pepper, herbs, chopped garlic, and chopped onion with a little olive oil. i marinated chicken breasts in this all day the other day and they were awesome.
last night i used the same marinade and added in some lemon juice/zest because it was a quick marinade (if you marinade chicken in citrus all day it starts to cook, like ceviche), i cut boneless skinless thighs into chunks. i put them into a screaming hot pan so they'd get really brown, then took them out of the pan and added shallots, garlic and grape tomatoes, and cooked that until the tomatoes were charred and bursting. then i added the chicken back in to cook it all together for a few minutes. i served this with toasted polenta (the kind from the tube) and roasted brussel sprouts.

oh i also take a mix of panko and crushed french's friend onions, with some spices and herbs, and use that to coat chicken. if i have time i will marinate the chicken in something first. i usually spritz it with some cooking spray to encourage browning and bake it on a cooling rack that is over a cookie sheet.
