Is anyone watching Oprah today? (Very upsetting topic)
About the 16 yr. old girl who delivered and killed her baby. I just turned it on and heard how the 4 1/2 lb. baby was stabbed in the chest, had a fractured skull and was thrown in the lake. People like this do not deserve a trial or jail, they deserve the death penalty!!! They are disgusting, dispicable human beings  I can't even believe people like this exist.
Oh my god, Oprah just asked her how noone knew she was pregnant and she said she would lay on the ground and her boyfriend would stamp on her stomach to keep it from pertruding.

thats a rerun...it made me nauseous the first time, i cant watch it again.
so many poor women in the world who cant have babies and then there are kids like this who abuse the gift!

I turned it on, than turned it off once I saw what episode it was. I saw it the 1st time and it made me so upset, I couldn't watch it again.

that is so sick and beyond disturbing! She's 16, where are her paretns and how on earth did they have not the slightest clue that their child was pregnant? That turns my stomach to hear stories like this. So many women in this world would die to have a child of their own and you've got kids like this taking it all for granted

that girl has not shed one tear the whole entire interview!! what a sick human being she is. She hid her entire pregnancy and her genius boyfriend used to stand on her stomach to stop her from showing. im speechless.

I am more speechless that she is in prison and her BOYFRIEND is in the audience (not the one that helped her). Who dates smoeone in jail, let alone someone that killed their child?

I know it is such a terrible story. I don't understand how anyone could kill their baby. Give it up for adoption.

I have never seen this episode before today and all I want to do is jump through the TV and kick her in the face.
Her fake crying is apparent since she can't even find one tear to shed. I am trying to find some sympathy for a 15 year old girl that just didn't know any better. No what? I have NO SYMPATHY for her. Her answers are weak and pathetic. She knew exactly what she was doing (as did her boyfriend at the time). Even after her son's body was discovered she still never came forward to tell anyone. Thankfully the person who overheard her telling her new boyfriend turned her in or she would have never been found out.

I couldn't watch the whole thing. Too sad. Instead of hiding the pregnancy why couldn't she get an abortion or give up the baby for adoption if she didn't want it. There are so many people who would love to adopt! People that do horrible things like this are just mentally disturbed because noone in their right mind would do something so horrible to a little tiny baby.

There was something very insincere about her- and she clearly wanted pity, which she is not deserving of AT ALL.
On another note, I did like the story of the reporter who adopted a safe haven baby.

Wow, I guess I'm the only one who had some sympathy for this girl. I can't imagine what she went through and where her head was at to make such a decision. I did not think she was insincere. Of course what she did was a MOST disgusting thing, but I will leave her judgement up to God. She has to live and die with her actions.

I have seen this episode before. I really think this girl is despicable and disgusting! I swear, she had 9 months to think of an alternate plan like say.....putting the baby up for adoption maybe? Bringing it to a hospital or a church? When I think of the people who cant have children and then hear stories like this I want to throw up.

Maybe she had NO support and everyone should remember when they were 16. Would they have been able to make the decision to put the baby up for adoption if she was scared to tell her parents she was pregnant?

I agree. I also wonder how the parents didn't have any clue that SOMETHING was wrong. I mean, she had the baby in the bathroom for Gods sake, did no one hear anything?
