Not mine-I'm mostly German but we have no idea what DH is other than English/Irish (mom's side) since his dad was adopted.

Mine are so mixed up its not even funny.
I'm Polish (25%), Italian (25%), Irish, German (and I think thats it - not sure though)
DH is Italian, Scottish, Norwegian (or something right near there  )

50% Polish
25% Italian
12.5% Czech

50% all sorts of European -
50% Italian, Hungarian, Irish

maybe 30% German
a little Irish and Polish in there too

Oh so do I, I meant I don't know any children who are (kids of parents who are my age). People my age that I know who have kids, their kids are all mixed b/c they married someone who wasn't the same ethnicity as them.
My SIL for example... she's 100% italian but she married my BIL who is 1/2 dominican and 1/2 peruvian. So their daughter is 1/2 italian, 1/4 dominican, 1/4 peruvian.

mine isnt.. but I am. 100% italian decent.
DS is
75% italian
25% is a mix (i dont know the %ages) scandanavian (Norweign) , irish (and prob something else.. i dont remember)
strangley he just looks scandanavian like my FIL, blond/light brown hair and blue eyes (which can still change)

Mine is!!! I'm 1st generation born to Irish parents and DH is an immigrant (LEGAL ) from Ireland...
With that said, no one's more surprised than me by this outcome as I was kind of the United Nations of Dating in my single days, and it was NOT my intention to marry a Paddy! 
I do find multi-culti babies soooo

I am 1/2 Italian and 1/2 mutt, Sweedish, Irish, English, German, Native American. and prob more!
DH is 85% German 25% Irish
So DD is a huge mix!!!!

DC are 50% puerto rican
the other 50% is:
Irish
Australian
Scottish
Russian/Polish (they're not too sure which side of the border we're from)

ETA: I go bananas when its time to fill out her ethnic labels. Is she white, no, is she hispanic, yes, is she native american, yes, is she asian, yes..... "Does not compute" Seriously I'm ok until I add Asian non-hawaiian.. then whatever form I'm filling out seems to have a conflict like its just not possible to not be mostly white and asian. She's Mega Minority!

DC's are:
Mostly Italian because I am half and DH is 3/4.
Then Irish and a tiny bit of German.
