Is flax seed safe??
I ate this with my 1st pregnancy all the time but now I am reading mixed reviews that some people say it is safe to eat and others say it isn't while pregnant???

Its in the Dr Oz baby book that its safe. Its included it in several "mommy" recipes

I eat it all the time (flax seed granola) in my frozen yogurt! My dr never told me to stop eating it.

Thanks Ladies. I go to my Dr on Thursday so I will double check with him. I hope it is safe b/c I love the Granola!!!! I have a whole box from Costco!!!!
