Hmmm...I'm not sure if the teenagers, especially if they're older, are going to enjoy this...depends what they're into...

We just back from Virginia from a similar type resort and we saw plenty of teenagers. We saw them mostly at the water park, but I would imagine they were probably hanging out at the arcades or pool tables at night.

i would say yes too young of a place for teenagers.. it s not that big and there are only 3 or 4 water slides..
