well when you put it that way...I suppose a man whipping out hs weiner facing the toilet faced to look at his own or someone elses child could be pretty awkward.
but if there was a nice space and i had photos of my kids in the bathroom i probably wouldn't even think about that until someone pointed it out

we have a picture of a toilet in our bathroom  (its the mens toilet at cbgb's.. a few people will know what that means)

we have pics of our kids in the bathroom. The one above the toilet is one where she had unrolled all of the toilet paper and had it wrapped around herself. It seemed bathroom appropriate. I think just a random photo (not bath/bathroom) related would be strange.

Above the toilet is weird, IMO. We have pictures of our boys in the tub in our bathroom, but they are on the wall next to the sink, not above the toilet lol.

I took photos of my kids splashing in a bubble bath. I have that hanging near the toilet. I have had people tell me the photos are great. So far no weird responses.

master bath/private bath - kinda weird to me
kids bathroom - not weird - like a cute bathtime pic of the kid - with the frame on a shelf, or on the wall - cute

I never even thought that it would be weird.
I have a collage frame of pictures of DD with bubbles on her head & it's so cute.
It's on the wall across from the toilet, hope people don't think I'm crazy... oh well

My initial reaction was .. SO weird. BUt after reading the descriptions of the photos some of the posters use for their bathroom.. totally makes sense and sounds cute..

I agree. I think bathroom themed pics actually sounds adorable. I probably wouldn't blow up DS school pic and put it in the bathroom though.
