I love it. Athenos brand is the best!
It's not bad. Olive Oil and chick pea...like 3 grams for a serving. But I eat like four servings.....

I like the Sabra brand if i'm not making it myself.
Rachel....you use yogurt instead of Tahini sauce?? I never heard of that. I would imagine it would cut out alot of the fat?

Same here....so I try to eat it with veggies, not crackers or breads!
