Is it too late to book a photographer?
I really want to book a photographer for a newborn photoshoot but many are booked already. My DD is 4/28. Is it too late? Who did you ladies book with? How long after your LO was born did you book the shoot for?

A friend just posted on FB that she just booked her newborn shoot today.
She is due in mid April.
So no, it's not too late.

I am using Swade Studios . She recently told me she was full for April, but if you tell her I sent you I'm sure she'll get you in!

I wouldn't rule out any photographer based on "they're booking the Fall now..." kind of thing.
Newborn photographers - even the ones that are booked solid - leave several openings for newborns because you never know when they're born. Also depending on the photographer's skill newborns can be photographed at any time. They don't know that it's 10pm at night. They only know I've been up for 2 hours & need to sleep.
