Is pizza for adults ok at a house party for kids?
DS's kids party is scheduled for Saturday. I planned on ordering heroes and salads for the adults but the party is up in the air because of the weather. The guy who runs the fire truck company is going to call me on Friday so we can decide whether to go forward with the party. I would hate to order the heroes (requires 48 hours before party to order) and than either be out of money or have a 5ft. hero with noone to eat it 
I was thinking of ordering pizza and garlic knots, maybe adding a salad. Is that ghetto?

Of course! Why wouldn't it be??? Thats what I'm doing for ds's 3rd b-day this year. A backyard party with Pizza & ice cream. Who doesn't love PIZZA???

That's perfect! Everyone loves pizza! Pizza, garlic knots and salad! Sounds great! If you wanted to, but totally not necessary, you could also add a tray of rice balls or similiar, but again, totally not necessary!

That is all I gave the adults at my DD party( oh and Mimosas too- it was on NYD)
I made a HUGE chinese chicken salad which is so easy to make and you could do the day of- FM if you want the recipe.

You could probably order a half tray of ziti or penne from the pizza place also if you wanted.
Otherwise, pizza is totally fine!

We did pizza for DD’s 3rd b-day party last year. We had about 40 people at our house, backyard BBQ party. I had just gotten home from the hospital after having my 2nd child 3 days before the party. Pizza was ALL that was happening
We did pizzas (had a variety of toppings if I remember correctly), and made a big salad. My MIL made a big batch of ziti. I think that’s all the food we had (some small appetizers too).
It was perfectly fine. And in your situation, I think it's a really smart option.

Totally fine....when you have it out at a place they usually serve pizza for everyone, so why not have it at home too? I LOVE pizza!!

Pizza sounds fine!! Maybe if you want to add something you can get a half tray of baked ziti or salad like you said. Like some other people said if its food I'm eating it!!
