Is the "waterfall" under the Brooklyn Bridge?
We are going out of NYC on NCL on Sunday and someone said you can see it from the boat.

I saw them on Friday. Not sure if it was the one under the Brooklyn Bridge though. I saw it from the FDR.

I think there are three along the FDR Drive -- 1) under the brooklyn bridg
2) near the Brooklyn Army Terminal
3) further up the FDR near 23rd Street

The East River and New York Harbor will host the falls this summer. The locations are:
*
Under the Brooklyn Bridge (on the Brooklyn Anchorage on the Brooklyn side, facing Manhattan)
*
Between Brooklyn's piers 4 and 5 (west of the Brooklyn Heights Promenade, facing Manhattan)
*
Pier 35 in Manhattan (adjacent to South Street at Rutgers Street -north of the Manhattan Bridge, facing the Bridge)
*
Governors Island (on the north shore, facing Manhattan)

it looks like scaffolding with a huge hose coming out of it

I know it's not the same, but I was on a dinner cruise last night and here's the view...
The Brooklyn Bridge one was cool, but the other 2 that I saw...eh.
