Is this a good price for a 40 piece dinner set?
I fell in love with this set, but is it a good price? Secondly, is 8 sets enough?
It is on sale from $249.99 to $129.99..
Here is what you get:
40-piece dinnerware set includes 8 each:
oversized 11" dinner plates
9" salad plates
6¾" bowls
12-oz. footed mugs
napkin rings

That is a pretty set - but who makes it? $129 sounds decent- but a bit much - but it depends on who makes it, etc. Bloomingdales has a ton of 8 place sets (53 pieces in total) for $69.99 and 65 piece sets for $99. So it kind of depends on the brand - I don't know if you are taking about wedgewood, villroy and boch or a lessor brand.

I agree-I like it a lot, but it may or may not be worth 129, depending on the brand.

They always have coupons! I am sure you can get it cheaper...love the set!
