Is this how it starts?? Sleep related!
Hi!..
My DD who is 7 weeks used to sleep for three to four hour stretches at night, wake for BF and then sometimes back for another three hours... last night, it was sleep for five hours, fed, then back down for four..... is this how it starts? Is she going to continue these types of streches? What have been your sleep progression experiences? thanks!

This is what Parker did, he started by going down after is 9pm feeding, would sleep till 2, then until 3, then until 5...now at 3 months he goes down at 7:30-8pm, and sleeps til 6:30-7.
I will add he is not the greatest napper. ABout 3 30 minute naps a day. But I will take that trade

This is how it worked for DD, and at about 6 weeks she started sleeping through the night.

Re: Is this how it starts?? Sleep related!
My DD is 8 weeks today. She's been sleeping 5-6 hours up for a feeding and then goes back down and gets up every 2-3 hours after that. I'm hoping that it starts going longer or after her waking for the first time I'm hoping she'll sleep longer than 2-3 hours. She's also a terrible napper. Will nap for maybe 45 minutes 2 X a day.
