Is this normal after a stomach virus!!
DS is 5.5 months old. he had the stomach virus last week. His last "throw up" (sorry) was Wed night. Since then he still wont have anything to do with Cereal anymore(he was taking 2 tlbs in the morning and for dinner) and Im lucky if i get 5 oz of bottle in him. (he was taking almost 7 oz)??
Oh and daycare says he wants to be held a lot more than normal... especialy whem being put down for naps!!
It's Monday...is it normal to take such a long time to get back to normal?
Ugg will he eventually love his cereal again!!

It took DS awhile to get back to normal eating patterns. He didn't eat a lot for the next week and spit up a lot when he did.
I can't tell you exactly how long it took though, he had one week of stomach virus, one week of recovery, and then he picked up a nasty cold!
ETA - He was a lot more clingy for awhile and he did get back to his old-not quite as clingy self!

yes - he'll get back to normal!!!!
Em was a MESS for 2 weeks of the virus. We are only NOW (week 3.5) getting her back to normal.
she is MUCH more clingy, yes...but i think that's normal... i know when i'm not feeling well, i just want my mommy (to this day)...
