Run the hot water in the shower and take her in there when you feed her the bottle. it should help clear her nasal passages temporarily, but at least she can drink

Bring her in to see your pediatrician. They may have you thin out the formula with Pedialyte(which helps tremendously). My DS just got over bronchitis and had the same symptoms. He needed a nebulizer & amoxil. Better to get her checked out

Rub a little Vicks baby rub on her chest throughout the day and especially at night.
Get some Vick's plug ins for the nighttime...and I would still do a steam shower.
Do you have a humidifier?

When my DS gets a cold it will last a good two weeks. The cough tends to last even longer than that and he sounds "rattly" for quite a while. He tends to hang on to colds forever... I hope DC gets better real soon. It's so hard to see them sick...  for your little one and for you too!

DS has had a pretty bad cold and congestion for almost 2 weeks. Last Wed I took him to the doctor and we started nebulizer treatments along with antibiotics. He is doing better and his nose is dripping like crazy but I figured it all needs to come out.
I tired the steam baths, the vaporizer also.
