is this normal? (IUI related)
I finally had my surge this morning and my RE wants us to come in tomorrow morning for insemination.
According to my charts I always surge on CD12 (which is today) and my temps indicate that I usually O on CD13 (which will be tomorrow).
So that being said, shouldn't i go in later today? I feel like tomorrow morning may be to late.
For those who have had IUI's when you had your LH surge when did you go in for the IUI?
TIA

I thought so too, the first time I did this. But I learned a lot about how long it takes to ovulate.
Using the internal sono, they can tell if you've ovulated or not. And honestly, using the CBEFM I was convinced I surged on day 12 and O'd on days 13/14.... not so. I actually O'd on day 15 or 16!!!!
With the constant monitoring, they can pinpoint exact timing. I too, thought that they were too late, when in fact I hadn't even O'd yet.
Good luck!
