issue with iphone connecting to car through "my touch system"

I have the My touch system in my truck (ford)

My iphone connects no problem and am able to use the bluetooth, however, all of a sudden it shows no device when I try to connect it to music (ipod, pandora etc). It WAS doing it and now it wont.

I tried turning off and on the phone.
Im going to try updating the phone and see if that works.

Any ideas?
