It really hit me today, I could be a Mom next month!

I was walking during lunch and it hit me! It's Feb! My due date is March 29, I could be a mom next month.

I am very excited, but very nervous and a little overwhelmed at being a mom next month!

Part of me is mourning this lifestyle right now with DH. Is anyone else experiencing these feelings? I don't mean to be selfish, but I love my life with DH.

I know once the baby is here everything changes and I know it is an amazing, incredible experience, but I am kinda sad too.

I am sure once the baby is here these feelings go away and our love for the baby overtakes everything.

So cool!!! It's going to be so exciting when the baby arrives but I totally know what you mean about your lifestyle changing. I too love my time with DH but I agree, I think once the baby arrives somehow nothing else in your "past life" will matter!!! Lots of luck, enjoy your last few weeks of being pregnant.

as excited as i am for my baby to come, i know what you mean. i felt closer than ever to dh at this time and feel the teensiest bit sad that we will now have less time to do special things with each other. but more than that...just freaked out that it's almost here!

Def feel the same. Actually our one year anniversary of being married is April 14, just about a month after the baby is born, so my mom is going to take the baby to let us have a date... though i'm sure its going to be hard for me to think about anything else besides the baby but I want to try to have a nice night out with me and DH on our anniversary

No your not being selfish. I do get very nervous, but I'm so ready for my life to change, I'm older so I have been waiting for a LONG time for this! Everything will fall into place.
