Does it have to be Italian? I find Mexican is always better for large groups - especially Bachelorette parties.

Tortilla Flats.
It's fun and has 2-hour drinking/food packages perfect for a bachelorette party. Plus, it's close to the meatpacking district if you want to go out there afterwards.
