they are filming a old navy xmas commercial downstairs at bryant park n all i saw was a big xmas treet this am in the middle of the ice..yikes! too early!!!

Agreed..now its way too early!!!
I saw a tree on the ice n went..NO..too early!! Then of coruse I had to go sneak down and see what it was. I figured it was old navy w/the mannequins..lol

This is what ruins Christmas for me.
This massive commericalization.
They have to start earlier and earlier every year.
Makes me HATE it.
Personally I like Thanksgiving better- family, food, and no spending money you dont' have to buy gifts.
No stress, no shopping, no malls, no parking lots.
THAT is what the true spirit of a holiday is- family and togetherness- not GREED.
