THERE ARE NO SUCH THING AS FALSE POSITIVES..... I would change doctors ASAP... for a practitioner to say that?!?!?!? That's what a chemical is!!!! Oh that pisses me off so badly. go to an RE, and DEFINITELY change doctors!
All of this! ^^^
I can't believe someone in a doctor's office would say that. We need to find you a new doctor. Tell us where you are!
You guys are awesome! I really love the dr in the office, but I can't seem to get passed the two nurse practitioners. You girls are giving me the guts to call and demand to speak with the dr only. I'm out east in Suffolk on the north shore. I delivered at st Charles last time, and my dr now is located in port Jeff. I'm open to suggestions. I feel like ive heard of two drs on here that specialize in multiple miscarraiges? Any know who I'm talking about?

Re: It's happening again!
A lot of OB-GYNs will look at 2 m/c's in a row and call it "bad luck." RE's are different - after 2, they call it a problem and start looking for the cause. I'd recommend that you forget your OB for now (and definitely forget that office you go to!) and go see an RE. There are several causes for repeat m/c's that have quick fixes - baby aspirin, progesterone suppositories, etc. I hope you find answers soon!

I went to RS of NY in stonybrook. I was fortunate to get pregnant right after my consultation but they kept me on for monitoring. Everyone there was really nice!

You should post this on the Infertility board too. I am sure you will get lots of recommendations. Good luck!!!
