 I am so sorry for your loss I never actually called my boss, I emailed him because I couldnt even verbalize what was going on. I did have DH call the next day to give him an update. I never asked for the time off and had no time left and they still paid me.

I am so sorry for your loss. Even as someone who has been in your situation twice, I truly wish there was something I could say to help you.
ETA: As for your work situation, you need to tell them that it is a family emergency and you need the time off. Please take care of yourself.

i saw your post on preg and my heart just dropped for you .
i am so sad to read this. i am so sorry for your loss.

I am so sorry. I know exactly how you feel. I had a sono at 7w2d and the baby's hb was perfect. I went for a 10wk sono and there was no heartbeat. I was devastated. Feel free to fm me if you ever need to talk.
The good thing about your job knowing you were pregnant is that they should be understanding. I took off a week. When I went back it was so hard, but good to take my mind off things. Sending you tons of

When I saw the subject line, I didn't even want to open your post!!! I am beyond words and SO sorry you have to deal with this!
The only advice I can give about the D&C (my procedure was different but similar) is that it is so much worse emotionally than anything else. Physically, it isn't much to fear. I think you have experienced the worst already, even. The initial shock just swallows you whole. I hate that ANYONE has to go through such he!! FM me anytime!!!

I am so very sorry to hear this. Having been there I know exactly how you feel and it just sucks. It's easy to say but in time it gets easier. I cried every day for 2 months and each day got a little bit easier. Like you, many people at work knew especially since I had gone through ivf, I told my boss and a close friend and ask them to let the rest of the people know so they wouldn't talk to me about it. It made things a lot easier with going back.
Take the time you need, cry as much as you want and just mourn with your dh. I'm here if you need to talk.

Oh, Jenn, I am so very sorry to see this. I know there is nothing anyone can say or do for you right now.
