IUI and working out
Did you work out after your iui? Was it successful or not? I know after IVF most docs say no exercise but after IUI they say it's ok. What are your opinions?

Maybe I wouldn't go hardcore the next day but according to my RE "regular schedule"... for me that doesn't include the gym LOL But I was informed if I did workout it wouldn't affect anything.
