IUI bloating and Cramping
This is my 5th IUI but my 1st with 50mg of Clomid. I also had to take the Ovadril shot ( I've taken it b4)
I had two back to back IUI on Tue and Wed. I had a ton of cramping which has gotten better but I was and still am so bloated I look 4 months preggers. Is this normal? I feel so uncomfortable. Is there anything I can do about the bloating?
Thanks

Re: IUI bloating and Cramping
I personally don't have experience with this but my friend gets incredibly bloated after IUIs so I don't think it's uncommon.

Hi, I've had experience with this. My last IUI, I was exremely bloated and cramping. I couldn't fit into ANY of my clothes so I had to wear sweats and stretch pants for almost two weeks. They RE told me to cut out salty and spicy foods and only drinks when needed. Keep water intake to a minimum and to help wtih cramping put a heating pad. Normally I'd be iffy about the heating pad, but they said to try that if the cramps get bad. After two weeks I went back to normal, 4 months pregger stomach and all.
