IUI....DONE!!
It was more cramping that anyone told me, but now I'm fine.
and now, the 2ww really begins!!!
Any tips, suggestions, things I can do to help things out, or should I just sit on my hands and wait the 12-14 days until AF thinks she can make her apprearance.

The cramping should end quick if you still have it now.
Like Helen said, Rest for the next few days, no lifting or heavy exercise or anything and praying cant hurt 
Glad its over...Now the real torture begins....

Each IUI i had I was mad crazy busy afterwards, and it still worked this last time, so I think it just depends on those lil swimmers finding their way to momma Egg. Rest if you can though, maybe even convince hubby a nice massage from him, might help you.

Good luck! As Red said just take it easy and pamper yourself. I'm there with you, I now only have 12 days left. A couple of my IUI I was crampy afterwared, take tylenol if it is really bad, but it will subside

Rest. And keep your mind distracted. For me the waiting period was so hard. I kept my mind distracted by reading alot of books/watching movies.
