that is great news. I just called for Logan. I see him getting frustrated and crying because he can't tell me what he wants, I just want to hear his little voice say any word at least one  .
Look forward to hearing how Jack's progress will come along.

EI made a world of difference for my nephew. At just under 2 years he had no words. In just a couple of months he was saying Dada and Mama.....it was amazing.
It will be great to hear all the words he says.

I thought she was at your house. She called and said she was not too far from me and wanted to know if she could come earlier than previously arranged. Of course, she did not tell me who her previous appt was with.

As someone who also had to make the call to get EI services for my son, I know that it's a hard call to make -- so you should be proud for getting Jack the help he needs.
I'm sure he will thrive once his therapy starts and will be chattering away soon Best of luck to him and keep us posted on his progress!

Just saw this and wanted to give happy hugs . I work in EI (3 and 4 y/o) as well as at the elementary school level and can't tell you how unbelieveable the progress is when they start young. Especially when there are no other *issues*.
Please keep everyone posted.
