Jared's 3rd Birthday Party with props to Joenick...
I cannot believe that the weather held out for us. We had a wonderful day and not a drop of rain!
I had a mini meltdown at 3am, the morning of the party. The McQueen cake that I made fell apart and was destroyed. I tried to save the cake but it was a big old mess.
Thank God Waldbaums was able to make a quick half a sheet cake in a few hours. Jared's godmother saved the day when she brought over little Cars cake toppers.
Joenick is awesome. The favors came out great. I did lap trays for the older kids, toy bins for the younger ones and I had a 7 year old who was into Mac makeup, so she got a little make-up holder.
I think I need a bigger house from all these toys...
All in all...a great day.

We had such a great time Stef!! Everything was great, LOVED the meatballs and brownies!!

The cake fell apart and crumbled to pieces! When I tried to ice the damn thing, it just got worse. So into the garbage it went. Every year I have a problem with his cake...
He got TONS of thomas the train stuff, clothes, blocks, dinosaurs, Cars stuff...I don't know where to put it all.

It looks like a great party. Is that Julia taking charge of the cake table? I love the favors and the cake looks terrific, especially for a last minute substitute.
