JC Penney Furniture question

I see a few of you ordered from here, and you could pick it up at the store for free. But when I go to the website, it says that delivery to catalog desk is not available. So how did you guys get that?
Looks the the changing tables are delivered only to your home.

We had the furniture delivered to our home.

I didn't see an option to pick up at the store when we ordered, so we just had it delievered
