I have been there 2 times and so far no problems.. It can get busy, but we never waiting long and my son never melted down. The women that work there are great... I never got cards done, but the pictures usually only take a week to pick up

dont go on the weekends! its nuts and we waited 2 hours once. i liked the print quality a lot but can take 2 weeks
