I rarely get jealous, sometimes envious - mainly of one of my best friends. I would never begrudge her one iota of her sucess...and really for the most part, I'm happy with what I have and happy for her having what she has.
So what were you jealous about?

I think jealousy is an emotion everyone feels however I think how you react is on an individual basis.. I do get jealous mostly over physical appearance issues....I use to know someone who use to get jealous over things with me and she would say the most twisted things yet she called it advice.... I never have got to that point where it impaired my judgment for a friend...

Unfortunately I do feel jealous sometimes, but I think it's a natural feeling.
No matter how happy with are, human beings as a whole are never content.

Sure. But I think it's normal and I try not to let it last or consume me in anyway. I can shake off the negative feelings pretty quickly and easily.
I think it's very natural to look at the green grass on the other side and feel a little envy that you don't have the same thing...especially if it's something you want and are working hard for.

Occasionally. If they're a good friend, I try very hard to be happy for them, even if I am a bit jealous.

I don't find myself getting jealous much because I'm happy where I am in my life and what I have. I do sometimes get jealous when friends get promoted or something job related b/c I'm not 100% happy with my career. I'm on my way to being happy so I find myself less and less jealous.
