I HATE nosey neighbors! like the fact that your neighbors know your kids' nap schedule by when you close your blinds...that would creep me out alot.
I don't mean that in a negative way towards you...I just would not be ok with my neighbors being that deep in my business.
I felt this way until I had children...now I agree that they are my best security system -- way better than the Slomin's system I pay $30/mo for....On a funnier note, she's the woman who told me that DH had a strange woman over to our house while I was away on a business trip. I politely replied with, 'that's the dog-sitter'  ===== DH had hired someone from his work to watch our house while he surprised me on my trip and proposed to me. I've learned to accept their 'interest' in our lives. My kids better look out because they're not going to get away with ANYTHING with these neighbors living next to us.
