Jewish Dog People
I went to Target tonight and they had the cutest Hanukkah stuff out! There were collars with the Star of David charm, blue sweaters with the Star and squeaky stuffed dradals.

OH, I was just there, too! Oh well, I'm Jewish but I don't think my dog is Jewish anyway.

Isn't he automatically Jewish if his mommy is Jewish?

Yes, but he was adopted.
....
and the religion is so strict about adoption. He would have to go through a conversaion process and get circumcised.
