Job change
I work as a 911 dispatcher and a paramedic.......I have posted on here about my struggles at my company, but I think I have reached the end of my rope. I loved my job when I was on the road but now...I HATE it and I dread going in. Joe will support whatever I do so that is nice, but what do I do??? Things go good here for a month or so and then right back to the same ol drama.....Any work related suggestions

Have you considered going into something else human service related? Perhaps a counselor somewhere?
I can understand what you are going through, as I am looking to change jobs and possibly fields myself.
Most of it is related to bureacracy and things I just do not have control over.
