Job Searching -- Tell them I'm pregnant or not?

I currently work at a day care that runs on a school calendar. Summer enrollment is way down and there's no position for me.

I'm job searching for something in retail (probably) and I'm not sure what to do....do I tell them I'm pregnant at the interview or do I wait?

I'm 11 weeks today.

Any input would be greatly appreciated!

I would probably wait until you got offered the job or actually even took the job. Its your right to keep it private as long as you'd like and they can't let it impact their judgement. I say hold off and keep interviewing and then tell them if/when you accept or even after starting. Good luck in your search!

ITA with spooks. You wouldn't tell them if you had diabetes right? They cannot allow a medical condition to factor into whether or not they offer you the job. I'd totally wait. GL
