Job vent
I still cannot find a f/t job I feel my confidence slipping more and more each day, and this has been such a demoralizing and frustrating process. ARGH! How do you keep the faith when it seems impossible?!

I feel your pain. I send out a million resumes and the ones that have called to set up an appt, I've had to cancel due to this stupid jury duty. I feel many of my chances are slipping away.
But, you'll find a job soon enough. Everything happens for a reason. Maybe something awesome will happen because you waited so long likefinding a school district a few minutes away from your house!!!!

I am sorry to hear your job troubles. I hope that things pick up for you and anyone else out there looking for a job.
Are you getting interviews at least? If not, alot of it had to do with your resume, and how it looks. Usually if it is more than 1 page, it doesn't even get read, just thrown in the garbage! It has to be laid out well and worded intelligently.

I agree if you aren't getting any callbacks or interviews you may want to check over your resume. As for the more than 1 page, I'm not sure what field you're looking in or what experience level you have, but I would expect someone in their 30s to have more than a 1 page resume.
