I'm due this Friday yesterday the dr told me that my cervix is still shut close. I was so surprised this is my third baby and with the other two I went 2 weeks early. I have cramping and pressure. Dr told me next Monday they will do testing but if baby looks good he will let me go to aug 1 st
your not effaced at all?

Had an appt last night. Baby is perfect, fluid is perfect, head down. Cervix is completely closed. We will see.....

Oh wow i cant believe you ladies have a closed cervix. what hospital is everyone delivering at? i will be at st charles.

Yeah I know, I was expecting to be at least 1 cm. My dr said, "Not even the size of a cherrio." I will be delivering at Good Sam.

At my 38 week appointment, I hadn't made any progress. My water broke 5 days later and my labor went pretty quickly. Today was my due date, but instead I have a 9 day old.  Good luck! I hope you go into labor soon.

Nope no updates.......everyone that has work left so far and said good bye as if it was a definite thing that I wont be back on Monday....I wonder if they know something that I dont?????

Had my team  baby on Wednesday!!! I had a girl  !!!!! We named her Lilliana, and she was 7lbs 6oz. We are beyond thrilled to have another daughter and I couldn't be more in love  Just want to wish the rest of the July mommies lots of luck

July mommies..this is our month!
Well I have 1 day & 14hrs left on the expecting countdown and noting, nada, zip is going on. I had an appt last night and my Dr said that I am still completely closed. I'm not upset b/c I still feel like I have soooooo much to do. If I dont go into labor on my own, my dr will induce me on the 2nd. I'm feeling good just tired and a little cranky. I decided that if I dont go into labor this week, I'm starting my leave on Friday. I cant imagine having to come in next week too. My boss isn't going to be happy but I honestly could care less. Hope everyone else....if there is anyone else left, is doing well.

Hi ladies! Hope everyone had a quick and safe delivery. And hope everyone has beautiful and healthy babies to show for it.
My son arrived right on his due date. I went into labor the night before and he came at 11:33am on July 8th. Delivery was not a pleasent experience for me. I had to have a c-section after 2 hours of pushing. My son will be 3 weeks tomorrow and I am still recovering and having trouble doing everything like I did before. But my little bundle of joy is definitely worth it all. I am so in love!

Well as some have seen my little team baby also came one day before due date on July 24. My beautiful baby boy arrive on July 23 at 7:12 pm after 1.5 hours of pushing. I was induced sunday adn didnt make much progress, and by monday water was broke, and progressed right on target. So looks like many of us didnt make it to our due dates, but we all came home with exactly what we wanted- beautiful healthy babies.. and for first time moms.. we are all mommies now!!! Congrats to you all. It has been an interesting and fun 9 months.. Good luck to everyone.. see ya in parenting.
