just curious - an update on your DCs sleeping time

I know it's been done before but since our little ones keep changing all the time I would love to know how old your DC is, what time they go to sleep, if they wake at all during the night, and what time they are up in the morning.

Thanks!

I'll start:

Jack is in his crib by 6:30 every night (I'd love for it to be a little later - but he won't have that) -- anyhoo - sometimes he'll wake at 2ish - others he'll sleep right through.

He wakes up for the day between 5:30-6:00. On a GREAT day he will wake at 6:30

ETA: he'll be 10 months next week

DD's 17 months old. She goes to bed around 8:30 & wakes up anytime between 6:40-8 am. She's very unpredictable.

In general Caden goes down around 8:30..but he'll stay up later if I need be..

He wakes up several times a night crying but he's still really sleeping so he goes right back to sleep once we rub his back..we will still give him a bottle if he keeps waking up...

He's then up by about 7:30ish

DS is 7.5 months and he goes to sleep anywhere from 9-10pm and usually doesnt wake up again until 7-8am. If he does wake up its around 11pm and I have to rock him for a few minutes then put him back in the crib.

Oy...

Well, on weekdays, Christopher is usually ready for bed by 7pm b/c he doesn't nap much at daycare.

He wakes up at around 6:30-7am.

On the weekends, he goes with whatever we are doing, he does usually stay up a little later to at least 8-8:30pm.

Re: just curious - an update on your DCs sleeping time

DD will be 8 months in a few days.

She goes to sleep at about 8:30 and wakes up at about 7:30. She rarely wakes up at night and usually when she does she goes right back to sleep before we even go to her.

She takes 2 naps a day and the better she naps the better she sleeps at night, and he better she sleeps at night the better she naps. I am big believer that sleep begets sleep.

Re: just curious - an update on your DCs sleeping time

I'm glad to see all of these posts.

I have an almost 10 week old who has convinced me that he will only sleep in 30-45 minute intervals. I'm so tired that I can't see straight. On the rare occasion he will take a two hour nap during the day, but he almost never goes to sleep before 10 and is always up between 3-4 am to get a bottle. I am sure this is normal, but dang, I'm tired!!!

You've all made me believe that one day we will be able to sleep thru the night...

One day...

Re: just curious - an update on your DCs sleeping time

CHristopher is 4 months old.

He goes to bed between 8:30/9pm. Wake up time varies between 6 and 7:30. If he wakes at 6 though he will generally take a bottle and then sleep for another hour or two.

I am hoping it will be more consistent once we introduce cereal at night.

ETA: Napping is very inconsistent since I went back to work. Somedays he will sleep for 3 hours others 30 minutes...luckily he rarely gets cranky!

DD is the same age as Jack Chat Icon and is usually in her crib for the night by 7:45pm. She sometimes stirs in the middle of the night, but will generally go back to sleep a minute later. Sometimes she's actually hungry and wants a bottle. She is usually awake by 6am at the very latest (today was 5am Chat Icon )

Re: just curious - an update on your DCs sleeping time

Ella is almost 2 (in June). She goes down around 8:30, and generally wakes up around 8:30, though it can be anywhere from 7:30-10am.

That pretty much has been her sleeping habit since she was 5 months old, though she did tend to go to bed a little earlier when she was younger (more like 7:30).
