Just for fun....What is your favorite room in your house?
add pics if you have them.
My favorite room in my house is my daughter's room (when its clean lol). I remember being pregnant with her and just sitting in the glider smiling. It is so peaceful in there.
Its different now since she's older but I still love the colors.
My son's room is a close 2nd....again, when its clean LOL.

Sunroom. It's spacious, minimalistic but gorgeously decorated in all white. I love to sit and read in there...but oddly it is also the least used room....I should probably make more time to spend in it!

It's not finished yet..but we closed up our sunroom that is right off our den. Opened it up, added all new windows. It's already my favorite room.

i'm not sure yet 
when we do something new in each room i say "this room is my favorite" but then we do something in the next room and then that room becomes my favorite....
i really like our bedroom now that we are almost done with it. i like our kitchen, will love it when we put in granite - one day  and our downstairs living room and dining room will be really nice once i finish with it - i'm still not quite there yet....but i can't wait to have a nursery  that will probably take the cake..all in time of course!

My new kitchen. We just hosted a family BBQ recently and I had 10 people hanging out drinking and BSing around my island. I was able to entertain and be part of the conversation as well  My kids room are the most sentimental though

im going to have to say my kitchen, although my i love my bedroom and guest room
i realllly need to take more recent pictures:
heres from when we first bought the house, painting etc:
heres a more recent one (still months old):
i dont even have pictures of my room or the guest room! boo!

Right now my livingroom. It is where I spend most of my time
But in the next few months my fav place will be my basement after DH finishes it! It is going to be a movie theater down there with a mini bar and full bathroom!
I CANNOT WAIT! We will have a ton of movie nights!

Slightly-Taller I would love your kitchen too!!!! It is beautiful!!!
Right now I would have to say my dinning room..but it may change when i finally get my wedding photo framed and up in my living room!

Eventually I know it's going to be my bedroom because I have some cool plans for what I want to do in there...
But right now I have to say bathroom since it's the only space that's 100% completed.

thank you!! best part is that is was DONE when we bought the house, no construction! and honestly, if i were to design it myself i would have done it exactly the same

I love the nuetral colors makes me feel really cozy. Our couches just suck you in and you can sit on them forever. its just where we hang out all the time

I am re-doing our bedroom this fall/winter and we have contractors lined starting work on the entry foyer and lower level soon.

I love the office.
The room itself is fairly large - it was likely the main bedroom before they built a dormer. It has 2 large East facing windows that get great morning sun. Rob 'built' the room with me in mind. He painted it a color I love (saddlery) that looks great against the off white furniture and trim. He built in 2 floor to ceiling bookshelves for me and we bought a big cozy recliner to go in there as well. I love miserable rainy days - I keep the blinds up and grab a blanket and a cup of tea and relax. I can watch tv (he built me a television cabinet too) - or grab one of my books and get lost for a while.. or at least until one of the kids comes in!
