Just found out...That my company changed their maternity policy - and its for the better!

Just found out...That my company changed their maternity policy - and its for the better!
Once I have the baby, I have to use any personal/sick time I have. Then I get 4 weeks of (full) supplemental pay from the firm. Then, after that I get another 2 weeks (4 for a csection) of courtesy pay! So I will get at least 7 weeks of full pay! I might have to have c section because of some ankle/hip/bak injuries I have from a 17 foot fall...so all in all I can get 9 weeks of full pay!! Im very excited!!

I work for an affirmative action/labor law - law firm so they better know!!

thats wonderful for you.... i'm only taking 4 weeks off because I don't get paid one little penny for it :( oh well
