Just heard this on missing teacher
I just heard that the missing woman and her husband had a HUGE fight over the weekend.
The police are 98% sure the husband did it.
The husband said his wife texted him, but her phone was not found with her car - he phone was later found with the husband's prints all over it.

I had heard on the radio this morning that she had texted him a "love note" that morning and the police had tagged her abandoned vehicle only five mins later.

honestly--the moment i heard the case the first person i thought of was the husband. in cases like this--more often than not, the spouse is the prime suspect.
i hope i'm wrong and his pleas on tv are genuine...but who knows.

I have to agree here. Unfortunately, it usually is the spouse/partner.  So sad but I hope they find her.

i wish i could remember but the husband was on the radio or on tv and he said that the text he received from her said have a good day, love you, muwah (and made a kissing sound) and i thought to myself she texted him a kiss...? i know it sounds weird but that just seemed off to me. i was hoping i was wrong. i really hope they find her.

the police just need to get a subpoeana to check if the records and can get a search warrant to search his phone texts - his story can be proved or disproved pretty easily

Unfortunately in cases like this, most times its the husband.
As horrific as it is, I'd almost prefer it be the husband, as opposed to the thought of some psycho running around kidnapping women on LI parkways.

i honestly know nothing about this - other than that someone was missing. I saw the guy in a news clip last night and said to dave immediately, "he did it"....
just based on the way he was acting...it was ACTING...he didn't seem genuine at all...

See I thought he was genuine. They said she texted her friend that she and the dh had a fight this past weekend. He said she texted him that morning at 6:30am to say "Have a good day".
So sad no matter what.

and now according to Newsday.. they have been talking to the neighbors who say that she NEVER leaves the house that early.. and it was more than one that had mentioned this.. so it really does NOT add up
