Just slipped at work and pulled a muscle in my stomach..
So.. I was so good at being careful on the ice that was still in the parking lot.. but the floor when I came inside was soaking wet!!! I slipped and caught myself right before I fell.. BUT in an effort not to fall, I seem to have pulled various muscles in my abdomen.. It really hurts! The baby must have been angry that I woke her up because she started doing flips I think.. it felt like a blender!!! Do you think I need to call for this? Or am I totally fine and over-reacting?

honestly, any time you fall, slip or injure yourself at all is worth a phone call to the doc.
the best news is that they would say - no worries, watch for spotting or sharp pains and have a nice day.
worst news - they'd say to come in and get an u/s - oh darn - you get to see the baby!
it's a win win!

Haha.. that would make me so happy.. although its the ELA this week, so its a pretty easy week..

IMO I am of the belief that it's better to be safe than sorry. I know that I would need to call/see the doc for reasurrance! I'm so sorry that you hurt yourself!
