? pulled muscle down there
sometimes when i move in bed... or get up from the couch.. i get a muscle spasm... pulled type feeling down there... like really down there... but only on one side...
it's wierd..

I get this ALL the time. It hurts like h---!
Especially when I sneeze or try to get comfy in bed by trying to roll over to the other side or just sitting up too fast. It's usually only on my right side.

I have been getting this recently too, I asked the doctor about it yesterday and he said it was normal and goes along with round ligament pain.
