There are some posts on this site that while expressing the poster's opinion could be more "gently" worded. Some posters have a tendancy to phrase their responses in an overtly mean way.

after the BS i endured last week after venting about our Jet Blue experience by people that just HAD to turn it into a debate, it'll pretty much be the last time I post anything of a personal nature on here...and my appearance on here will be limited at best...just left a real bad taste in my mouth

Very well said. I do not know what happened, but I personally do not think anybody should be afraid to post;whether it be a vent, a few hugs, a question or two.... That is what we are here for. And it would be a pretty empty board without these threads, wouldn't it?

I agree - those looking for drama or debates are going to turn everything and anything into such. That is no reason why you shouldn't feel free to post something. Besides, it was informative to learn on your post that
A: You are not guaranteed to make your cruise if you don't fly certain airlines
B: You cannot get off your flight and get your luggage if the plane is going to take off again
C: You can still salvage a vacation after all the other nonsense.

very well said.
i always try to offer advice and support w/o judging but sometimes i lose sight and "speak" w/o thinking. i think it is often VERY difficult to decipher the tone in text and sometimes people are accused of bashing when in reality, the text was taken out of context.
thanks for the insight.
ETS: i do agree that there were some unwelcomed and uneeded comments that were made in re: to the "Jet Blew" saga.
