Just went to Physical Therapy
with Bridget & it was not as bad as I anticipated.
She favors one side of her neck. So Dr. gave
me some exercises to do with her. She didn't mind them at all. She actually slept through them.

is her neck injured/strained from favoring one side? both of my hers have slight flat head because they favor their right side. The dr said they were probably lying that way in the womb!

Her neck muscles are tight, because she was lying that way in the womb. Bridget is always turning to the right too!

Jack had this problem too and had major flat head because of it. We got some exercises from the PT and it worked itself out. Once they were able to turn over on his belly the flat head got a lot better.
